Abstract:
Usability tends to be mostly common sense, usability testing is a journey to discover the potential issues for your users' experience. When we doing the usability testing, we can get the objective result, how many tasks have been finished, how many errors user did in this process, but one thing can drive our product to be much more better is user like it. the inside pleasure from user, the subjectivity is also much more important.
