Community building doesn't have to be so hard - what we realized is small actions and changing the way we think (paradigm shift) sometimes takes us a long way. At WWCode KL, we began as a small team in 2014 and has since grown steadily to 2,800 followers. We'll share about 3 key lessons in making community building less stressful and more sustainable.
